A gentle 6-week journey back to calm, clarity, and inner strength

Trusting yourself again instead of proving yourself

WEEK 4: Reconnecting with Your Inner Strength

Theme: Reconnecting with Your Inner Strength

Welcome to Week 4

In the previous weeks, you slowed down, observed your thoughts, and learned to meet your emotions with compassion.

Now something begins to shift naturally.

This week is not about becoming more confident.

It is about remembering who you already are.

Many women have learned to silence their intuition, please others, or push through exhaustion. Over time, this can make you feel disconnected from your own strength and inner knowing.

In Week 4, you are invited to gently come back home to yourself.

Instead of trying to be stronger, you will learn to feel safer inside your own body, voice, and choices.

What this week is about

This week you will practice:

* Noticing your inner knowing

* Listening to your body before your mind

* Honoring your needs without guilt

* Speaking more honestly and gently

* Feeling grounded in your own presence

We are not building confidence.

We are restoring trust in yourself.

Your Week 4 intention

Your intention this week is:

“I trust my inner knowing.”

No pressure.

No performance.

No need to be perfect.

Gentle practices for Week 4

We continue with gentle practices, not hard exercises:

Practice 1: Body Yes / Body No

When making a small decision, pause and ask your body:

“Does this feel like a yes or a no?”

Notice the sensation.

Practice 2: Quiet listening

Once a day, sit for one minute in silence and ask:

“What do I need right now?”

Practice 3: Kind boundaries

If something feels too much, practice saying softly:

“I need a moment.”

No explanation needed.

Practice 4: Reflection in your workbook

Write one sentence:

“When did I trust myself today?”
