WEEK 1: Coming Back to Your Breath
Theme: Softening, slowing down, and becoming gently aware
Welcome to Week 1
Before we talk about thoughts, beliefs, or change, we begin with something simpler and more powerful: your breath.
This first week is not about fixing anything. It is about creating space inside yourself, space to feel, to notice, and to slow down.
Many women and mothers live in constant mental busyness. Your mind runs ahead, your body stays tense, and your heart carries more than it needs to. In this week, you are invited to gently come back into yourself.
Instead of pushing forward, we begin by softening.
What this week is about
This week you will practice:
* Noticing your breath without trying to control it
* Becoming aware of your body and emotions
* Observing your thoughts without judgment
* Letting your nervous system slow down
* Beginning to feel safe in stillness
We are not searching for problems.
We are simply learning to listen.
Your Week 1 intention
Your intention this week is simple:

Gentle practices for Week 1
Instead of “exercises,” we call them gentle practices:
Practice 1: Conscious Breathing
Spend 2 minutes a day noticing your breath. No change needed — just awareness.
Practice 2: Body Check-In
Once a day, ask yourself:
“Where do I feel tension in my body?”
Practice 3: Thought Watching
Notice one thought without judging it. Simply label it:
“I am thinking…”
Practice 4: Quiet Moment
Sit in silence for 1 minute before bed.
